Routing selects the model for the task, PII is masked before cloud dispatch, and sensitive paths stay local. Unlike off-the-shelf proxies (LiteLLM, OpenRouter, Portkey) that mainly route traffic, we add a skill library for agents, a human-gate on irreversible actions, and local handling of sensitive paths (BGE-M3), and we design GDPR and AI Act compliance in from the start—this is orchestration with governance, not just a router.
