Property agencies run on a fragmented ecosystem: a CRM in one place, manual publishing to Otodom, OLX and Morizon, AML and GDPR in Excel, commissions in spreadsheets, and communication scattered across inboxes and chat apps. Data drifts apart and compliance stays brittle.

A working, battle-hardened prototype in real use: 26 API modules (~279 routes), 87 data models, multi-tenant, deployed to production (PM2 + Nginx + SSL) on demo data (3 organisations, 18 users, 25 listings), with the backend covered by ~25 Playwright E2E tests. It is an early product (v0.1.0), not a finished commercial SaaS: some of the "AI" logic is still rule-based and honestly labelled as such, mobile is a scaffold, the frontend is ~70% done (~77 TODOs), SSL is self-signed, and the portal and KSeF integrations need real credentials. We have no hard ROI metrics from deployments — what we show is the capability to build a complete, compliance-native system, not a promise of a result.
