AI listing descriptions

In Cashcrown, we build this process on RAG: the model receives only the fields of the given listing, not an open-ended prompt. The output is generated as structured output: title, short description, long description, feature list, ready to paste into a CMS or export to a spreadsheet. Listing data is sent to the model after PII masking (owners' names, land register numbers, and similar identifying data are removed before cloud processing).

Descriptions return to the editor as drafts, not as final content. The human decides which to publish, what to correct, and which to reject. We cut description preparation time from several minutes to about a minute, but we don’t replace editorial judgment.

How much does it cost and when does it pay off?#

We work in tiers based on listing volume and the level of integration with your system. We start pilots at a fixed, low cost on a narrow set of listings so you can see real speed and quality before a larger rollout. With a few hundred listings per month, ROI typically closes within 2-3 months. Does it integrate with our system and comply with GDPR?#

Yes. We connect to your CMS or export via CSV/JSON file, without requiring a system change. We treat listing data as potentially sensitive: PII is masked before cloud processing, and data transfer and processing are designed in compliance with GDPR and the AI Act. We conduct a data audit and DPIA (if required) during implementation.
