## 1. Przedmiot umowy / Purpose
PL: Strony zobowiazuja sie do zachowania poufnosci wszelkich informacji technicznych, zbiorow danych i architektury AI przekazanych w ramach przygotowania i realizacji projektu pilotażowego.
EN: The Parties agree to hold in strict confidence all technical information, datasets, and AI architecture specifications shared during discovery and pilot execution.

## 2. Izolacja danych / Data Sovereignty & Zero Training
PL: Dane powierzone przez Acme Enterprise Sp. z o.o. nie beda wykorzystywane do trenowania modeli publicznych i podlegaja pelnej izolacji kryptograficznej.
EN: Data disclosed by Acme Enterprise Sp. z o.o. shall never be used to train public models and remains strictly isolated within the agreed EU VPC or on-premises environment.

## 3. Okres obowiazywania / Term
PL: Obowiazek poufnosci trwa przez 36 miesiecy od daty podpisania umowy.
EN: Confidentiality obligations remain in force for 36 months from the execution date.
