How it works: we turn your documents into BGE-M3 embeddings, index them and expose them through a broad API (754 endpoints), so you plug memory and retrieval into your existing systems without gluing integrations together yourself. Memory between sessions is stored alongside them as ordered events and notes that we re-index together with the documents — with respect for GDPR (erasable, with TTL). Every answer is source-grounded — it comes back with citations so every claim can be traced to the exact passage, instead of a chat detached from the facts.
The index and embeddings run on your own infrastructure, so your data never leaves for the cloud and stays with you — the same sovereignty principle we apply in BGE-M3 Search and OpenClaw.
It shines wherever memory and context decide quality: teams with large internal knowledge bases, agents that need durable memory across sessions, cutting down on mistakes repeated over and over. This is the foundation autonomous agents stand on.
Honest about scope: Claudify is a memory and Q&A layer, not an oracle. For high-stakes decisions an answer with citations supports a person, but it does not replace their verification. A citation points to the source but does not guarantee the answer faithfully reflects it — for sensitive data a person confirms the answer matches the source.
